The Iceman Cometh

by admin - 17:28 on 31 August 2014

I'm not much of a Facebook user, but I have a presence so I suppose it was only time before I got caught up in the Ice Bucket Challenge currently sweeping the digital planet. Thanks Heather.

As I'm not a smartphone owner, and Matchgirl the Gadget Queen has just left for Shetland, it will be a few days before I can record proof on video that I've done my bit for Wacky World Water Wastage, so you'll have to be patient.

In the meantime I'll consider whether to go the full splash, follow Patrick Stewart's urbane example or come up with something equally original. I'll also have to decide on my three nominations. You have been warned...

With all that expensive camera gear you can't record a video? Me thinks it's RTFM time! :-D

But it's not. My gear is low end, not high spec, and I'm happy for it to stay that way. I wouldn't want to overshadow The Gadget Queen.

WTF is RTFM?

Read The F****** Manual

Ahhhh... My humble K100D doesn't shoot video so the manual makes no difference.

Sorry, didn't realize you had something from the digital dark ages. :-0

Enough of the cheek, Mr Matthias. I love my K100D.
