Problems With Printers

Publishing has its challenges. Memories of a Ben Line Man should be close to the Black Isle's bookshelves but yesterday we'd still not seen the initial proof copy. So the printer's been sacked. Sometimes you've got to be ruthless.
Three potential replacements were emailed last night and quotes requested. Two have replied, one quoting a similar price as the sackee, one quoting twice as much. All being well we'll be back on track in a couple of days.
Also back on track is Chatterbox, much work being done today – so much that I've not left The Rural Retreat. Cats were not impressed, especially Maia who, unlike the rest of The Pride, is reluctant to go out and play without human companionship.
However, I do have a couple of new feline snaps, taken yesterday when everyone had a wander through the neighbouring woods. Pandora's such a poser.
