One Month And Counting

Just one month left before the London Marathon and I’ve not yet run a half. I hope to rectify that tomorrow but a rain-lashed weather forecast isn’t encouraging. On top of that, Matchgirl’s cold is now in full flow which means there’s a good chance I’ll have the lurgi too, sooner or later. Things could be better.
